The SOL Group is convinced that respect for ethical principles, correctness and transparency is an essential requirement for sustainable growth.
Respect for the Code of ethics ensures that management of transactions and human relationships, both inside and outside the Group, is equitable and effective, so as to support the reputation of the companies that comprise it, and at the same time creating in employees a sense of pride and belonging.
The Model of organisation, management and control, adopted by SOL Spa under Legislative Decree 231 of 2001, integrates the Code of ethics and is an operational tool for applying the principles it contains.
